Aon 8th Annual Rewards Conference
As a part of our constant endeavor to bring to you original and path breaking research in the rewards space, we held the Aon's 8th Annual Rewards Conference; on 11th June 2015 at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
2014 saw emergence of over 1,250 new ventures which raised over $4 billion amid an unprecedented appetite for India's digital pie. New age industry is fast changing the way organizations operate. And these changes are being enhanced by the increasingly diverse workforce. There is a growing need for organizations to look at next generation practices towards rewards which go beyond standard compensation practices. Wellness programs have emerged as the big change in this aspect. Linked to greater productivity, less absenteeism, and a reduction of long-term health care costs, more and more organizations are adopting health and wellness initiatives.
The focus of the 8th Rewards Conference was learnings, research and insights on the evolving new age rewards practices and how organizations are keeping pace with this dynamic scenario.
