Anand is a co-founder of Final Mile and leads the firm's India business. At Final Mile, he has successfully managed many large scale, high impact projects spanning Financial Services, CPG, Culture change and Healthcare in India and the US. He has a deep understanding of human decision making, especially the role of emotions in influencing decision making.
An Engineer from College of Engineering Trivandrum, and an MBA from XIM Bhubaneswar, he spent over a decade managing various roles in sales, marketing and communication before starting Final Mile. He is a visiting faculty in some leading institutions in India where he shares his experiences in applied behavioural sciences.
