India Inc starts drafting relocation policies, eyes work from anywhere post-pandemic

Almost two-thirds of companies that took part in a recent survey are putting in place relocation policies as they evaluate remote work models that will allow employees to work from anywhere (WFA) even after the Covid-19 pandemic.
As per a pulse survey by Aon shared exclusively with ET, 64%, or 151 out of 236 companies either have a relocation policy in place or are actively considering one.
