S. “Venky” Venkatesh is an experienced HR leader with close to 32 years of corporate experience.
Venky’s initial career was in blue-chip MNCs. For the last 18 years, he has held the Group HR Head position in global, India-origin companies. He was worked across diverse businesses in sectors as varied as consumer, energy, telecom, textiles, auto, private equity. Venky also had an entrepreneurial stint for over 4 years, during which he founded Svanishta, a strategic HR advisory firm.
Currently he is Management Board Member and President – Group HR for RPG Enterprises, a USD 4 Billion diversified conglomerate.
Venky is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
