A seasoned HR professional with 20 years of rich and extensive experience spreading across Telecom, Oil & Gas, Engineering & IT which includes a topnotch global technology giant and 2 super-brand Indian corporates.
A thoroughbred HR-Generalist and keen strategist with proficiency in independent handling of almost the entire gamut of HR-functions and Business Partnering in world class Matrix organizations with exposure to global/international assignments.
In the current role, he is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering the topics of Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility Management and M&A in HR for all Siemens entities in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
An avid biker, playing cricket and music also excite him in his personal space.
He has a Masters degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar (India). He is also a certified GRP (Global Remuneration Practitioner) from World at Work, USA.
